    “MINORITIES IN TAIWAN AND SLOVENIA: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS” The Taiwan Research Center in Slovenia is pleased to announce the publication of an academic monograph on the minority situation in Taiwan and Slovenia respectively and to invite scholars of both countries to submit their academic articles for this monograph, entitled “Minorities in Taiwan and Slovenia: Problems and Solutions”. In recent years, we could witness an increasing economic, academic and political cooperation between Taiwan (R.O.C.) and Republic Slovenia. The monograph will be published in order to accelerate this fruitful exchange and to introduce some specific issues, concerning the social and political structures of both countries.     Ob ustanovitvi Tajvanskega raziskovalnega centra vljudno vabljeni na otvoritev fotografske razstave »Vtisi s Tajvana« ter simpozij »Novi trendi v odnosih med Tajvanom in Kitajsko ter implikacije za Slovenijo« s pričetkom v torek, 1. decembra 2009, ob 12.00 uri v avli Filozofske fakultete.
